Ms. Kesner represents investment advisers, broker-dealers, registered representatives and other investment professionals in connection with regulatory, compliance and arbitration matters.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kesner worked in the securities industry for several years, most notably for a large broker-dealers and an Investment Management Firm. During this time she concentrated on evaluating client risk, proper asset allocation, due diligence of money managers, and investment research. After obtaining her law degree, she practiced law in Florida for several years as an in-house attorney for a private company before returning to the Atlanta area to join Page Perry.

Ms. Kesner attended the University of Florida and Florida Atlantic University, where she received a B.A. in Communication. She was awarded a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University School of Law in May 2003. She is currently a member of both the Florida and Georgia Bar Associations and is licensed in both states.

In 2007, Ms. Kesner was instrumental in bringing the first annual Morgan Adams Concours de Elegance, an event that benefits children diagnosed with pediatric brain cancer, to Boca Raton, Florida.
