Frequent areas of dispute in which Parker MacIntyre has provided assistance include noncompetition/raiding cases, arbitration proceedings involving claims  of unsuitable recommendations, unauthorized trading, fraud or other securities law violations, promissory note cases, claims of breach of employment contracts, and similar actions.

Parker Macintyre attorneys have also served as a court appointed receivers as well as counsel for the receiver in multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme cases brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission.  Firm attorneys also represent brokerage firms in cases in state and federal courts, including cases involving claims by customers and interpleader cases dealing with disputes regarding the ownership of account funds.
